A Winter Day Trip

Last week we visited Schwäbisch Hall. I love to take little day trips in winter time and stroll around places I haven’t seen yet. It always makes me happy. Schwäbisch Hall was romantic and beautiful. We went to the farmer’s market and bought lots of cheese, freshly baked bread and apples and enjoyed the pittoresque city with its’ historical half-timbered houses and baroque buildings. Later that day, we went to the museum Kunsthalle Würth, where modern art was offering a nice contrast to the prettyness and sweetness of this historical and old place.

What I wore:
Dress: Primark, bought on Ebay
Cardigan & Shoes: H&M
Tights: Lidl
Bag: printed by me
Necklace: had it for ages

Vintage Jumpsuits

I normally stay away from jumpsuits. I just feel a bit odd wearing them, maybe too childish, I don’t know. Although I do like them on other people. But, there are times, when they are just the right thing to wear. Here I am wearing a vintage jumpsuit with a floral print from the early 90′s. I was still feeling a bit under the weather that day, when we went to the forest picking maroons. A skirt wouldn’t be that apropriate for that kind of action and I’m not a pants person. The jumpsuit, that was sitting around in my shop, came to my mind and it was just the most comfy thing to wear, yet girly enough for my liking, so I stole it just for the day.

I love to pick maroons in the fall, and I love to eat them. This time, we didn’t luck out so much, because half of them were already worm-eaten, so I guess, one should pick them a bit earlier in the fall. But it was fun anyway. I loved the vinaries and I loved the view and dramatic autumnal skies.

Jumpsuit: Vintage from the early 90′s

Cardigan & tights: old H&M

Belt: thrifted

Shoes: Converse
